SOLID & Safety

A Message and Pledge from Cameron McNabb, SOLID Personnel’s CEO:

At SOLID Personnel, our employees safety is paramount to our success and is extremely important to me personally because like many of you, I worked in the labor construction industry for many years. I’ve been on job sites that didn’t make me feel safe. I’ve been asked by managers and customers to do things that I didn’t feel comfortable doing. I remember feeling that if I voiced my concerns, they would most likely be ignored. I’m here to tell you that I’m willing to make a pledge to you in that regard.

My pledge to all SOLID Personnel Employees is this: If you ever encounter a job site or situation that feels unsafe and you feel that this site or the duties your being asked to perform can result in yourself or others being injured, you can call my direct number and talk with me about this situation. I will then fight to fix the situation as fast as possible and I guarantee a response within 24 hrs.”

SOLID & Safety

We strive to provide our employees with the safest working environment while on assignment with our customers. We do this by training and educating each employee on safety awareness and by only working with safety conscious customers.

In 2020 SOLID created and developed a Safety Training Program Handbook that each employee must read, acknowledge and pass our test questions. Also with the Safety Training Program Handbook, we have developed an IIPP that is distributed to all employees along with a COVID Prevention Program.

Safety Certification

SOLID wants to encourage our employees to seek out more education in regards to safety. SOLID will reimbursement any employee who has 600 hours experience at SOLID for OSHA 10 training and employees with 1040 hours with OSHA 30 training. In addition to paying for our employees to be OSHA certified we also reimbursement lift certification for site specific projects.

Training Specific to Job Site

All of our contractors should provide the training and guidance necessary to eliminate unsafe practices and conditions at their job site.  We require all of our field employees to comply with SOLID Personnel’s and the contractor’s safety rules, regulations, and hazardous communication.
